Shipping policy

Shipping Available Across Canada

Shipping is available in Canada only and is provided by Canada Post. You will be charged for shipping on top of the items you purchased depending on your location and item weight. We will put your item out for delivery within three days of purchase and all tracking will be done through Canada Post. Should your item get lost in the mail, we will send you a new one at our expense if it is proven to be a problem with Canada post. As for items, that are stolen or lost after delivery, we will not replace. We recommend opting in for the signature required upon delivery to avoid this. 

Local Delivery in Kingston

Free shipping is available to you if your shipping address is located in downtown Kingston. The item will be delivered by our team without a shipping label within 2-3 days of purchase. The package will be a box with your name on it. You will receive a text upon delivery. We are not responsible for any items stolen after delivery off of porches. Please tell us where you would like the package left in the delivery comments.
